Festival Buď láska in Brno
Festival Brno Buď Láska is a new cultural and social movement that connects the Czech and Ukrainian communities through art and humanity. It was created as a space for sharing, understanding and a common search for hope at a time when the world is facing war and division. Corridor UA is proud to be a part of this event - during the festival we will raise funds to repair destroyed schools in southeastern Ukraine. Come and enjoy music, theatre and encounters that have a deeper meaning. Help children from war-affected areas get back into school.
As part of the festival, a charity auction will be held on August 22 at Arnold's Villa. The auction is unique: works of art created by prominent artists from artifacts from Ukraine will be auctioned off. Half of the proceeds from the auction will go to support the Koridor UA association and its projects, currently primarily the repair of schools and homes and other projects in Ukraine. The other half of the proceeds will go to support the Memory of Nations project and its aid efforts in Ukraine. Details about the auction are on its own website aukceproukrajinu.com
If you wanna take part in the auction, write an e-mail to jan.haken@koridorua.cz

Humanitarian aid for Ukraine
Corridor UA was founded in 2022 as a response to the desperate situation of civilians in the war. Since then, we have helped thousands of people throughout Ukraine. Our main strength? We know how to get to the place – quickly, purposefully and efficiently. We import evacuation packages, windows, solar panels, medical and construction materials. And not only that: we repair bombed houses and schools. We cooperate with local governments, volunteers and other organizations. We don't carry anonymous help blindly – we go where we know it's needed. We help Ukraine continue to believe that it is not alone in its brave fight.

How do we help?
Humanitarian logistics
Our specialization is comprehensive humanitarian logistics. We cover the entire process from loading in the EU, through customs procedures and crossing the borders of Ukraine to targeted distribution to those in need.
Do you need to transport aid to Ukraine?
We will advise you on border crossings, handle the customs process, or take over the aid and deliver it ourselves! In case of interests in our logistics services, fill this form .
Humanitarian projects
We do a wide spectrum of projects aimed at direct help for the victims of this conflict.

Volunteer with usOur teams
Fundraising
Fundraising is an integral part of our activity – without it, no other help would be possible. You'll learn how to approach donors, prepare campaigns and organize benefit events. If you know Excel and aren't afraid to pick up the phone, sign up and discover how fundraising works in a small non-profit!
Social media
Our work can't do without social media, through which we build trust and spread awareness about what we do. Do you have a feel for communication, know Instagram, Facebook or Canva? Join us and help tell stories that motivate action. Just a few hours a week is enough to help us expand our reach.
Drivers
We're looking for an experienced truck driver to help us transport humanitarian aid to Ukraine and back. Do you have a C or CE driving license (preferably professional) and can commit to driving at least 1-2 times a month? Join our team! Not only will you learn how customs processes and cross-border transport work, but most importantly you'll be a key part of our mission – helping those who need it most.
Long-term volunteer to Ukraine (min. 2 months)
Are you independent, hardworking, not afraid of discomfort, and function well in stressful situations? Do you have time for at least two months? Apply to our team in Ukraine. Experience with staying abroad, humanitarian work or other field volunteer activities is an advantage.
What do you need? | What do we provide? |
---|---|
Be at least 21 years old | Accommodation and meals |
Active B-category driving license | Protective equipment |
Fluent English (B2 level) | Insurance |
Ukrainian/Russian an advantage | Tactical medicine training |
Good physical condition | Lots of gained experience |
Ability to work in a team and stress resistance |
What to expect from the work:
The field team ensures the operation of the warehouse in Mykolaiv and regular distribution of humanitarian aid throughout Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, including administrative work. So expect manual work, long trips in a van on poorly maintained roads, constant sirens and fiddling with Excel. And occasionally the feeling of well-done and meaningful work.
You can be sure that after a few months you'll become a real volunteer-professional. However, work in Ukraine is demanding, and our recruitment process corresponds to that. You'll face several interviews including a conversation with a psychologist, providing necessary documents, familiarizing yourself with required guidelines and completing a tactical medicine course.
Ad-hoc volunteer
Can't help regularly? Have little time or an unpredictable schedule, but still want to help? Join us as an ad-hoc volunteer. You can occasionally help at our Prague warehouse with loading and unloading humanitarian aid, or participate in organizing benefit events. If you have driving experience, you can transport cars to Ukraine with us. Join us and find a way to get involved that suits you!
